Once installed, Stop, Breathe & Think Bot will send you a Direct Message (DM), asking if you would like the bot to introduce itself publicly. If you choose “Yes, do it now” it will post a short message to the #general channel inviting your team members to begin meditating. If you choose “No, I’ll do it later”, it will be up to you to tell your team members to DM @stopbreathethink to begin a meditation session.

For users who have DM'd Stop, Breathe & Think Bot and done a check-in, it will send them a daily inspirational quote to remind them to check-in. If a user doesn’t respond after 3 notifications, it will stop sending them the daily notification. Additionally, notifications can be cancelled with the “Cancel Notifications” button attached to each notification.

On a weekly basis Stop, Breathe & Think Bot will send you, the installer, a team leaderboard. At that time, you can choose which, if any, public channel you would like the leaderboard shared to. You can also view the leaderboard at anytime by typing "leaderboard" in a DM.

Privacy Policy

Stop, Breathe & Think Bot only has access to Direct Message (DM) conversations instantiated with it by your team members and channels it has been invitied to by either you or your team using the "/invite" command.

Stop, Breathe & Think Bot doesn’t store any of the conversations in the channels it has been invitied to, other than direct mentions or direct messages to the bot.
